TRADITIONAL OLIVIER SALAD MAIN NEW YEARS SLAVIC MEAL
Famous Russian, Ukrainian Olivier Salad is super popular salad in the world, and we traditionally always prepare it for New Years eve. Today we discover its fascinating story and will try to cook real OLIVIER SALAD Ingredients for Olivye (potato salad): 1 pound of ham 3 medium potatoes 4 medium carrots. 1 (15 oz) can sweet peas, drained or 2 cups of thawed frozen peas 5 boiled eggs 5 mediumlarge pickles (I use Vlasic) 1, 3 cup chopped green onion 1, 4 cup chopped fresh dill 3, 4 cup to 1 cup mayo (to taste) Salt and Pepper (to taste) How to Make Olivye Potato Salad: 1.
