Heavy Singles and Back Squats on the CNIC
The grind continues on the Complex N Intense Cycle (CNIC) with the team doing heavy singles up to 90 of RM, followed by back squat triples at 85 of 3RM. The program has the squats on a linear progression trying to add 5kg every week, and by the end of the cycle we re expecting some really heavy squat sets The team finishes off the workout with some core work and has a little fun while they re at it Highlights: Shaheen gets fired up and decides to go way over on his last set of back squats,
