Squat 462x20, Raw, Deep, No Belt, No Wraps
My training log: My best 20 rep squat to date. My training partners said it looked like I had a few more reps in me, but I couldn t take the mental anguish of banging out more than 20 today. I haven t decided yet if this is the end of my squat accumulation phase or if I ll extend it one more week. As you can see in the video, I ve started adding in some heavy singles to condition my body to them.
