The Story of Sushi

甲賀壽司 (Jia He Sushi) was the first to make and sell fresh sushi in traditional Taiwanese markets that was over 20 years ago, and many have since followed their footsteps. This is a mini documentary about the owner s story, and her views about making and selling sushi in traditional markets in Taiwan.
