Flan Creme Caramel Custard Honeysuckle Catering
EASY FRENCH DESSERT (tested by myself) One of my friend s favourite French dessert (she will recognize herself) : caramel renversé. Please activate the English subtitles on the video. Ingredients (in the video it is with American metrics, here I convert in grams and litre and celcius): Preheated oven: 150C 4 whole eggs 2 egg yolks 100g of sugar 600g (600mL) of milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the Caramel (be super careful, don t let the caramel touch your skin, you will be instantly burned ) : 150g of sugar 120g (120mL) cup water
