Lindenwood Womens Soccer Strength and Conditioning Training
These clips were shot over a 3 week period during JTerm. We had 8 of our women s soccer players back training over that period. They started progressions of the Olympic lifts back in September, and none of the players had any previous experience with Olympic lifting. They ve progressed very well and have come a long ways since September, but there is still a lot of improvement in regards to their technique, the amount of weight on the bar, and the speed with which the movements are executed to be made.
