Yoga Exercises in a School Girl Mini Skirt In this video, I will be doing my workout in a mini skirt. I will begin by doing the downward dog pose. This will stretch out your back as well as your legs. Next, I will do a monkey pose. Be careful with this stretch. Please go at your own pace.
