Debden, Essex. A story about RAF dog training. A man wearing a protective suit is attacked by a dog as he tries to run away. Various shots as the dogs line up with their female trainers, a woman officer inspects them. Various shots as the meat is prepared and cooked for their food. Each woman takes a bowl to the pens where the dogs are kept. Shot of a dog being checked by the vet. Various shots of women exercising the dogs. Even though women do most of the training it is the men who take the dogs through their final phase. The men march along, one Alsatian lies down and refuses to go, the soldier gets on a bicycle and the dog jumps on his back. Shots as dogs jump over fences and climb up and down ladders.
