Russia nowadays INTAGRAM We filmed this video on a trip to Dagestan, to the most remote mountain villages, where people still live the old fashioned way without gas and the Internet. They raise cattle: cows, bulls and poultry. The village of Javgat is a Dargin village, only Dargins live there. We were invited by one family, which lives on the farm near this village and showed the preparation of their national dish Dargin chudu with wheat porridge and nuts, kurze with nettle and БАЦБИК chicken stuffed with nuts, liver and onions.
