Stretching for Greater Flexibility
As a former classical ballet dancer flexibility is something that I worked on daily. The importance of stretching isn t just for athletes, but benefits us all Here are my favourite stretches to do when you have 20 minutes at home to help your muscles lengthen and your tight spots ease.
