another love, the darkling (+alina)

she spoke his true name, the one she only used when they trained, the name tattooed on his heart. a heart that had not stopped beating. a heart that still had life. SHADOW AND BONE SPOILERS i have wanted to vid this song for so LONG (its my favourite ) and this idea has been with me for several months now: demon in the woods meets shadow and bone (with more than a dash of darkling alina). for those of you who haven t read it: demon in the woods is a prequel to the grisha trilogy and is a short story of a snippet of the darkling s early childhood. it s honestly my favourite of that entire series, ha. if you haven t read it yet, check it out immortality tropes get me y all, its true. and ben really hit it out of the park for me and they even added a flashback WITH MY BBC MARION honestly, i couldn t resist. its my BRAND. sort of running on fumes (like the rest of my fellow edits ha ) but wanted to share. thanks ben for pullin through for 2013 me. hopefully i did you some justice this is also dedic
