Located in Kendall Square, Lily Ps is the brainchild of Chris Parsons, a classically trained chef who decided to ditch fine dining for a bit of southern hospitality. The reason I wanted to lead with fried chicken and oysters, I love both of those food items. But also they represent to me an atmosphere of sharing and socializing. And that s the kind of restaurant I d like to go to. I really wanted a space where people felt like they can come and hang out, almost like a home kind of environment. So we large outdoor patio with cornhole. We have darts, we have shuffleboard.
