Torreoscura (2021, English version) Walkthrough + Review, ZX Spectrum

Extremely cool illustrated horror text adventure game with AY music and different pictures for every locations you go to: I still don t know how I reached to this I live here, in Torreoscura, isolated from the world and where I can only hope that someone will come and take me out of this eternal loneliness and the curse that bites and lengthens every moment in my life as it withers it with relentless speed This is a multi platform game and the ZX Spectrum version comes in two parts. All versions is with monochrome graphics, and this could off course have been made better in a costumised Spectrum version, but it actually fits this occult game well along with the slow paced very suitable in game music. You do not need 128k for the AY music, 48k + AYinterface is enough. This is much better than all the text only adventures that is being made, all the pictures and the music sets a great atmosphere.
