Will the River Ring Transform Brooklyns Waterfront

Back in 2019, developer Two Trees bought a former Con Ed site on the North Brooklyn waterfront. The developers, known for their work in DUMBO and Domino Park, hope to rezone the area and transform it into two residential towers and ecofriendly park with floodresistant breakwaters.
