Full Body Stretch for Flexibility Mobility 15 Minutes At The Beach
This upload features an excellent little fullbody stretch and tone beneficial to all skill levels. Some poses will be held in position for the full minute (static stretches) while with others we will move throughout the stretch (dynamic stretches). This will allow us to get deep into the muscles and joints to help increase flexibility and mobility. Remember to move at your own pace and to pay attention to the body s cues. You should not feel pain.
