German journalist Alina Lipp censored and threatened with arrest for reporting

I m not aware of the particulars of her case, but how is war reporting a crime NOTE: Alina is GermanRussian (her mother is German, her father is Russian and his account has also been frozen), so I guess she has a side, but why is it a crime Is Germany officially at war with Russia I included one of Alina s last reports about burned silos for context.
