NEW LONG COLD BATH BRICE AND JOAN

Brice (bricepoule ) and Joan ( joancruvellier ) continue to challenge their cold endurance. Water : 6C, air : 7C. Brice stayed 15:20, and Joan 18:30, a record in so low temp. An another challenge for Brice was to get a better control of the afterdrop ( it was very hard after his last 15 min cold bath ); this time, it was easier, without externe warming ( no heating in the car), maybe thanks to a better breathing technique ( contraction of abs while exhaling ).
