THIS IS A QUICK EFFECTIVE TINNER THIGH BURNER. I love these 10 minutes because they re quick and effective, and on the floor (you already know I love it ). I could feel my thighs burning a lot long after I had done this workout. I made sure I included different exercises that focused on the inner part of your thighs and work on those muscles to tighten them and make them stronger. You will find holds and leg and thigh lifts in this workout.
