It has been unfinished for 7 years, and today will be reborn by blasting. The A1A3A4 plot of the second phase of Kunming, Liyang Star City was officially, demolished by, blasting this afternoon. At 15:30 pm on August 27, 15unfinished buildings of Liyang Star City Phase II, ,Xishan District, ,Kunming, ,Yunnan, began to be demolished by blasting. The screen showed that the buildings fell one after another, and the blasting was completed in just 30 seconds. The second phase of Liyang Star City started construction in 2011. Since July 2013, the project has been suspended due to var
