Surveillance shows wild moments before Seattle encampment stabbing, firing of AK 47 style rifle
A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of Arias Beckett Sumpay aka Lady Gangster. King County Prosecutors have charged the 28yearold with firstdegree assault. She is accused of stabbing a man several times with a knife over an alleged dispute over a tent involving a fellow encampment resident. Sumpay did not show up for her arraignment on Thursday, April 28. Sumpay has tattoos on her neck that say Pancho AND 5150. She also has tattoos on her hands.
