Turkistan: Cultural Capital of the Turuk World 2017

ТҮРКСОЙ ұйымына мүше мемлекеттердің Мәдениет министрлерінің 34ші тұрақты кеңесінде және Шеки түрүк әлеменің 2016 жылғы мәдени астанасы жылының аяқталуына арналған рәсімде осындай шешім қабылданды.
