No titles. Unidentified comedian probably Morris Harvey. Probably filmed at Pathe Studio, London. A man in evening dress, wearing a top hat several sizes too small perched on the top of his head, walks up and down before a dresser and chair. He makes a small bow, takes the hat off and makes a fuss about having been given the wrong hat. A voice offcamera advises him to put his hat down and tell us a story.
