Environnement : La terre se dérobe sous nos pas
Pour pousser, une plante a besoin de minéraux issus des roches mais aussi de matière organique qui sont des résidus de végétaux et de racines en décomposition. Les vers de terre les consomment et les transforment en nourriture indispensable pour cultiver. Ce quil faut savoir, cest quen 1950, sur une parcelle dun hectare (1000 mètres carrés), on recensait plus de 2 tonnes de vers de terre alors quaujourdhui pour la même parcelle on en compte moins de 100 kilos. Tout cela compacté dans un seul lot fait qu en 50 ans, nous avons perdu 85 de notre biodiversité et les écologistes se demandent à partir de quel pourcentage c est l humanité toute entière qui basculera; en effet, nous sommes en train d assister à notre extinction et nous en sommes les seuls responsables.
