Russia slams Ukraine over religious persecution as Moscow linked churches face intensified raids
Russian envoy s words at the UN Security Council meeting on Tuesday came during the open debate to discuss the situation of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. The church was targeted by Ukrainian government for its historic ties with Moscow. But raids have not found anything that proves the church s alleged disloyalty to Ukraine.
