30 MIN Intense Full Body Pilates Workout, Day 8 Challenge
Hi everyone Happy Friday How is everything going I am so excited for the weekend. I was a little under the weather last week. Max and I both felt sick but thankfully it wasnt covid I got so frustrated because I had so many things planned and my body just didnt wanna move along. There was a point where I just had to let all of that go and just take time to give my body the rest it needed. Now I am getting back into it I am slowly doing some Pilates Its such a perfect way to maintain your physical activities on days you are not feeling it or when you are just starting out Here is a little intense workout for you Also, all your feedback is needed Do you like the longer ones (4050 min) or shorter + 30 minutes) better Let me know in the comments down below.
