RAD Basic first try of loading a real application

RAD Basic first try of loading a real application into the IDE. We need your support in Kickstarter campaign: Compilation is not tested yet, because compiler and runtime lacks features for compiling real and large applications. The application is PhotoDemon, an awesome photo editor, which is open source and it is written in Visual Basic 6.
