Looks like a steam driven model which pulls along carriages on wheels behind it. The set has over 350 parts and has taken several years to C, U of the tractor which has the words: Electric Galloping Horses painted on the side. C, U of another part of the model. M, S of man placing this second part of the model onto a stand. C, U of him turning a handle. C, U of the top of the model rotating. Parts are gradually added to the model to turn it into a model of a fairground ride.
