Brutal Leg Finisher Landmine Complex
We love the landmine for many things training but we also love it for complexes, whether full body or upper, lower body complexes used as finishers. This specific one is a lower body complex we ll usually use as a finisher and you can ad reps every week or two weeks. Start with Cossack Squat x 5, side Reverse Lunge x 5, side Lumberjack Squat x 10 RDL x 10 Rest 90 seconds and repeat for 34 sets as a finisher.
