D3: Reaper of Souls Torrent Archon

Testing on Torment I. Arcane Torrent Cascade and Archon Pure Power Build centered on some cooldown reduction, 30 APoC and +15 arcane damage. No real special gear required, just APoC, DPS, EHP. Chantodo s Will was rerolled via the Mystic. Paragon points put into resource reduction, life regeneration, crit chance.
