French President Gaston Doumergue and the Bey of Tunis stand together with other dignitaries. The Tunisian leader hangs a medal from a French flag. Tunisian men in traditional costume and carrying flags parade before the President and the Bey as they sit on a podium. Soldiers parade past including a pipe and drum band. More troops march past.
