Planet of the Apes star William H Macy shares why signing up for new film was no brainer
Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes star William H Macy explained why signing up for the film was a nobrainer at the world premiere in Los Angeles. The actor, 74, plays a character named Trevathan in the fourth film of the rebooted Planet of the Apes franchise. I saw the original when I was a kid and I remember the gasp from the audience when you saw the Statue of Liberty sticking out of the sand, it s an iconic image now, Macy said at the premiere. So, it seemed like a nobrainer for me to do Macy added that Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes also has a great script and has opened the door for many more films in the franchise.
