Join me on Day 5 of The 21 Days of Qigong journey to help you establish a daily practice. Stress is powerful, so as relaxation. Practice this Qigong flow to relax and recharge the body, settle the mind and feel calmer and more centered. A 15 minute practice is based on three pillars of Qigong: the movement, the breath and the mind (intention). The flow incorporates deep breathing to activate the energy in the body and gentle body movements to connect the mind, the body and the breath. Suitable for mornings, midday or evenings.
