This is my favorite go to ab workout which I do if the workout I m doing does not have an ab workout included in it. All you need is to do is 3 simple exercises, for 4 rounds and it only takes 6 minutes. You can modify the second move by crossing your legs and having them bent a bit. And instead of reaching for your feet just keep your hands folded behind your head (to support it) as if you were going to do a standard crunch.
