Yamaha BB1024 X vs BB424 X

Belman5 Smith 109 подписчиков Well, I couldn t resist. Had to do my own comparison of the mid range BB1024X and the entry level BB424X to satisfy my curiosity. As I expected, the 424X plays and sounds great for a bass in that price range. The 1024X does top it in build quality, playability and sound IMO, but I wouldn t hesitate using the 424X live. It s definitely a keeper, as is the 1024X. Wish I had the top of the range 2024 to throw in the mix, but alas it s an expensive piece. The bass less backing track is by the Funkdawgs. Both basses were recorded through a friends Monique preamp into a Roland Quadcapture interface into Sonar LE.
