MORE THAN 12 MIN ICEBATH AND 2 MIN APNEA : DOUBLE PERSONAL RECORD

I reupload this video, because it was unavailable. .. ( I don t know why ) First upload on Feb 15 the last freezing day of a opportunity to take a long bath in the ice covered pool. More than 12 min in water at 3, 5C ( my personal record), and 3 apneas (30 sec, 1 min and then 2 min, my best time in very cold water) . Sunny but windy weather; temp : 0C ( 9 C with windchill )
