Full title reads: SCENES IN SAARBRUCKEN Saarbrucken, Germany. Crowds at the station in Saarbrucken, Germans gathered to greet foreign troops arriving to Saar. Young girls are seen with flowers. Huge crowds giving the arriving troops Nazi salute. Italian troops marching through the town s streets, crowds around. A group of officers talking, among them Major General Brind. Troops arriving to the station and marching through the town. Flags with Swastikas flying from buildings. The flags were later taken down on demand says voiceover. Mr Geoffrey Knox (wearing top hat), Chairman of the Governing Commission of the Saar, accompanied by Major General Brind, British Officer in command of the international troops stationed in Saar are seen inspecting the Dutch troops.
