The Mexican painter Frida Kahlo is conceivably one of the most celebrated and recognisable female artists that the world has yet known. Considered nowadays to be an icon that only continues to inspire millions around the world increasingly over time with the artwork she produced, most significantly within her many, surreal and colourful selfportraits.
