to Port Erin
A journey along the 15 mile 3 foot gauge Isle of Man Steam Railway from Douglas to Port Erin. The railway is the remainder of what was a much larger network of over 46 miles that also served the western town of Peel, the northern town of Ramsey and the small mining village of Foxdale. This film was made on the 1250 departure from Douglas on Sunday 17th July 2016 featuring locations along the route on a train of five coaches hauled by Beyer Peacock 240T locomotive No 12 Hutchinson.
