music by AK54 Please skip to minute 12:21 for a brief explanation of the exercises Todays workout is a quick tabata style interval training (HIIT) workout: 20 sec work 10 sec rest 1. plank star jumps 2. chaturanga plus plank jumps (jumping feet to wrists and back) 3. elbow to knee ab crunch 4. opposite side 5. squat jumps OR forward jump and two small back jumps 6. shoulder press to handstand jump This workout was done after a full day of hiking so I didn t have enough strength for yoga
