Slovakia: Crowds gather to protest military treaty with the US

The protesters gathered in front of the Parliament and waved flags whilst being controlled by a police presence. Some carried signs which read, No US bases in The treaty would enable the US military to use two Slovakian air force bases for ten years, and also provide money to maintain the bases. It is currently supported by Prime Minister Eduard Heger and his fourparty coalition government.
