Physical Technical Passing Exercise Warm Up
Physical Exercises 1. Pole slalom low intensity 2 reps then switch sides 2. Hurdle mobility 2 reps then switch sides Technical Exercises 1. Dribble to the opposite side and leave the ball, switch with partner (2 balls) 2. Dribble halfway and then pass the ball (2 balls) 3. Pass through the middle 12 on the right side (1 ball) 4. Pass through the middle 12 on the left side (1 ball)
