Three Hitters 2 + Weeks Training
Sessions from one week phase. Did more muscle workouts this week because I hurt my metatarsus last week by overstraining it. Tricking is really hard for the body so need to be wise with training so your career won t stop because of repetitive strain injuries. Now it s healed up pretty nicely so I can continue training hard again and have even more fun. Song: Flite Dive
