To install new or upgraded firmware on the Tajima TMFXIIC embroidery machine: Note if using a floppy diskYou MUST use the old double density floppy disks The instructions for this firmware installation are on the TMFXIIC Instruction Manual starting on page 23. The firmware in the USA can be obtained from Hirsh International, at The most recent firmware that I have is Install using a Double Density disk with only the firmware on it. 1. Press the set button and turn on the machine while holding the set and F3 buttons. 2. After the lights come on and the firmware is installed (approx. 30 secs) you may release the set button. The machine will continue to beep while you complete the steps shown in this video.
