The Kindergarten Zoo (1932)
German children visit a zoo where they can feed and pet the animals. Introductory intertitle reads: In Germany they have a special zoo for young animals of all types and High angle shot of a group of schoolboys sitting on a hill above a model village. Guinea pigs or similar animals run around the houses and some of the boys hold creatures and stroke them. It is a very cute scene. It is like an urban farm with the children being able to pet the animals. They are mostly goats although there is a short shot of a monkey on a leash and a llama wanders around.
