DIY Two Tiered Vanity Tray using some Dollar Store Items

ITEMS USED: Bamboo Serving Tray from Dollarama Square Wooden Plaque (I had this on hand, but I originally purchased from Dollarama) 5 Silver Plastic Napkin Rings from Dollar Tree Silver Paint (I started with Artists Loft and then switched to craftsmart which I like better) Rhinestone Sticker Sheet link below 1 Round Acrylic Gem 1 Drawer Pull ( I got mine at Home Sense) Sand Paint (I used a palm sander, but a sandpaper block will work) Painters Tape Paint Brush Small Craft Brush E6009 Hot Glue Gun Pencil LINKS: YouTube Video making my teal and grey painting shown in this video:
