Deine Lakaien Love Me To The End ( Live Acoustic Tour 1992)

Dear music friends and fans, our first acoustic tour in 1992 was an adventure and we were probably the first dark wave band to try something like that. The opening song, Love Me To The End, was preceded by electronic sounds and a spoken Shakespeare sonnet, a very atmospheric introduction to the soft tones with which this song begins. The challenge was to create the sound wall of the album version on the piano in the third verse. You can maybe tell by watching this video that this always ended with pain in the forearms and the hope to get through the concert evening with our collective strength.
