Rheims, France. Title: The Champagne Fete. Picturesque pageant revived for the first time since 1881. High angled L, S of a carnival procession coming up a crowd lined country road. The procession passes a church, one of the floats has a gigantic model of a spinning wheel on it. L, S of a very large float passing the church (could be the cathedral). The float comprises of three sections, each section has a large painting on fabric stretched across it, the first section emits clouds of smoke.
