Hands On with IWCs new Pilots Chronograph 41mm Ref. 3881 (2021)

IWC updated its iconic Pilot s Chronograph for Watches Wonders 2021. We had the chance for an intensive handson beforehand, and here we are. The new watch comes with a number of upgrades, including: Smaller and thinner case (41mm x down from 43mm x Brushed blue or green dials Inhouse Cal. 36985 chronograph movement Display back 10 bar water tightness EasXCHANGE system quick release straps and microadjustment bracelet Together, these upgrades are a fine example of a whole that is more than the sum of its parts. The improvements are minor, mostly, on their own account, but taken together they make for an excellent holistic experience. They all point in the same direction, i. e., they advance the feel and comfort of the
