30 MIN Dumbbell Abs and Booty
Its time to get our strength on with some dumbbells This workout is quick but intense We start with a 5 minute warm up to get our joints and muscles ready for action, then we head into the workout. I have set up the workout like this: 30 seconds weighted leg, booty exercise 30 seconds abs conditioning exercise (without weight) 20 seconds rest (to catch your breath, then pick up your weights again) We cycle through this until we reach the last few minutes of the workout where we will do a bodyweight burn out.
