Story goes that this recording was a studio rehearsal days after Dead commited suicide, Occultus temporally took over as Vocals before being pernently replaced by Attila. But in reality Occultus later on (around 200405 ) dubbed his vocals onto a rough mix of two tracks from De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas. Regardless of that false statement on the ep, its still an interesting factor of Mayhems history.
